Whether you launch and run todays Operator networks or make the equipment on which they are built, the pressure is on to carry the digital needs of UK’s economy whilst ensuring your own financial growth.
Key to beating the challenges of new 5G and 400G network rollouts is overcoming the test and monitoring hurdles and unlocking new ways to accelerate new releases.
Join us at the Porsche Experience Centre as we explore major 5G and 400G technical challenges and give practical examples of how to overcome them.
Who should attend?
This is a must-attend event for leaders and senior users in Test, Labs, Networks, and OSS in Network Operators, Broadcast, and Network Equipment Manufacturers seeking ways to accelerate 5G and 400G releases.
When the event has concluded, we’ll be delighted if you can join us for complimentary driving experiences in a Porsche 911 and Cayenne 4×4 off road.
Our agenda includes:
Keynote from Rory Cellan-Jones
The BBC’s former Technology Correspondent will give the keynote at our High Speed Networks Summit. Rory, who has a personal interest in the evolution of high speed networks, will talk through how he sees the UK’s Carrier networks enabling the technologies of the future, and what that future looks like.
PAM 4 400G Ethernet overview
Red Helix’s Head of Engineering, Hasan Birol will introduce and run through the technical considerations for migrating to 400G, and cover the approaches needed for testing and monitoring 400G high speed networks.
5G SA Monitoring
Red Helix’s Technical Director, Rob Pocock, will demystify the 5G SA monitoring complexities, including: user plane monitoring, control plane encryption, and how to cope with the expected explosion of traffic loads.
Reducing power usage & accelerating releases
Red Helix’s Senior Director, Liam Jackson, will show real life examples of finding major power usage reductions across major infrastructure and test environments, as well as unlocking test efficiency gains to accelerate new releases by weeks, not days.
