Account Director

We’re hiring an Account Director to win new business for Red Helix Cyber Services. The job entails generating demand, building pipeline, and closing opportunities, whilst promoting professional and managed cyber services. SOC Level 1 and 2 Analysts
Department: Cyber Services
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Reporting to Head of Operations

There are two opportunities for hiring a SOC Level 1 Analyst and a SOC Level 2 Analyst to work within a dedicated 24x7 Security Operations Centre for Red Helix Cyber Services. You will be responsible for the front-line monitoring and analysing of security events to ensure our customers always remain protected. Business Development Representative

We’re growing our ambitious sales team and are looking for a personable, driven Business Development Representative to help us connect with organisations and support their cyber security and IT needs; based in our Aylesbury office (with one day from home), this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, starting meaningful conversations, and developing a career in sales, as you’ll engage with IT and security leaders via phone, email and LinkedIn, understand their challenges, introduce our solutions in a consultative way, and qualify new opportunities, all while working closely with Marketing and keeping your pipeline organised in our CRM; we’re looking for someone who is confident, curious and proactive, communicates well, stays resilient when things get challenging, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment—previous sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not essential, as attitude and willingness to learn matter most; in return, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team where you can build your skills, gain exposure to the exciting world of cyber security, and play a key role in the continued growth of a business that values integrity, trust and doing the right thing.
