Previously known as Phoenix Datacom, we evolved into Red Helix, developing our brand to match what we offer – a strong, stable, and resilient source of protection and optimisation for organisations across the UK.
Drawing on 40 years of technical competence and heritage, we provide industry specific managed services and solutions to help our clients succeed and grow, regardless of their size – from mid-market organisations to some of the biggest blue-chip brands in the country.

Our Leadership Team
Our leadership team is made up of some of the most experienced people in the business. They are specialists in their field and share our passion for lifelong learning. Our leaders drive our strategy and focus on growth to allow businesses large and small to benefit from world-class cyber security.
Leaders at Red Helix come from all areas of the IT industry, some joined Red Helix over 20 years ago and have worked their way up. Others come from senior leadership positions at large-multinational organisations. All are committed to delivering the best outcomes for customers.
While technology and tools are essential parts of a robust cyber security strategy, it is the people behind these systems who possess the critical thinking, expertise, and adaptability needed to effectively address and mitigate cyber risks.
Some of our team have been with us for over 30 years others – almost unheard of in the realm of cyber security and network optimisation. Other are early in career. Over the years, we have built strong ties to our local community donating our time as well as money.
The Red Helix Coding Club is our way of helping to foster a lifelong love of coding by teaching children at local schools how to get started and how much they can achieve with just a little extra support.
Blackberry Farm Animal Centre, our local animal shelter for whom we run a collection for towels, bedding and toys for the animals.
Foodbank collections. Inspired by our former Aylesbury Town Mayor, we started collecting for our local foodbank as part of his 10 tonne challenge and we simply haven’t stopped.
Child Autism UK is our primary chosen charity who we raise funds for throughout the year and feature in our annual charity Christmas donations.
