Leaders at Red Helix come from all areas of the IT industry, some joined Red Helix over 20 years ago and have worked their way up. Others come from senior leadership positions at large-multinational organisations.

Mark Braund, Non-Executive Chairman
Mark has extensive experience leading technology-enabled and services businesses through periods of transformation, operational improvement and growth. Today, he serves as Chairman of several successful UK businesses, including Babble, BCN Group and REACT Group plc. His career spans private equity-backed, public market and founder-led companies across technology, digital transformation, managed services and cyber security, with prior CEO and senior leadership roles across the UK, North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
Marion Stewart, Chief Executive Officer
Marion Stewart is an integral part of Red Helix’s growth. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Marion has held various senior roles in the technology sector, including C-suite roles at Savvis, Alternative Networks, Daisy and Pulsant.
At Red Helix, Marion champions the approach to addressing the tech talent shortage, she is a huge advocate of attracting and retaining diverse talent into the sector and has implemented programs to support this.
Ben Dunn, Chief Strategy Officer
Ben Dunn brings over two decades of experience in private equity-backed businesses, technology services, and commercial operations into his role as Chief Strategy Officer at Red Helix. Ben has prepared four organisations for successful trade sale and held senior positions across the education, technology, and professional services sectors.
At Red Helix, Ben combines strategic leadership with CFO responsibilities, guiding the company’s growth strategy and future acquisition opportunities. His expertise ensures Red Helix remains agile, resilient, and well-positioned for sustainable, long-term success.
Liam Jackson, NDI Director of Sales
Having joined Red Helix 20 years ago, Liam is now the Sales Director for Networks, Defence and Intelligence at Red Helix. He leads the team of Account Directors dedicated to exceeding our client's expectations across these sectors.
Liam's deep technical understanding of complex operator, broadcast, and test lab environments enables him to advise our clients on strategies that are proven to unlock significant new capabilities and competitive advantages.
Rob Pocock, Technical Director
Rob Pocock is a stalwart employee of Red Helix, working at the company for over 26 years. During this time, Rob has worked upward through company ranks, joining the Red Helix team as Product Manager in 1999, to now working as Technology Director.
Prior to joining Red Helix, Rob was a network engineer at AEA Technology and is an expert in telecommunications, network security and data handling.
Scott Williams, Operations Director
Scott Williams is a technology leader with over 30 years’ experience across technology operations, service delivery and digital transformation. As Director of Digital Transformation & AI at Red Helix, he leads the organisation’s approach to emerging technologies, with a focus on turning AI and digital innovation into practical business outcomes.
Previously Director of Operations at Red Helix, Scott brings a strong understanding of the operational and commercial realities of technology.
Scott focuses on the practical impact of AI and emerging technologies, from transforming operational efficiency to changing how organisations make decisions and deliver services. At Red Helix, he is driving the adoption of these technologies to create tangible business value for the organisation and its clients.
Jamie Dunkley, Operations Director
Jamie has nearly 20 years of experience in the technology sector, spanning technical solutions, service delivery and operational leadership. Having held COO and CTO roles at organisations including Claranet and Star, he brings broad experience in building and operating technology services into his role as Operations Director at Red Helix.
Jamie is focused on service excellence across Red Helix’s multi-tenant managed services environment, with a particular focus on operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. He is also leading the operationalisation of an Agentic AI triage pipeline within the Red Helix SOC, helping to transform how security alerts are assessed and prioritised.
Steve Rushin, Enterprise Sales Director
Steve Rushin is a proven sales leader with 25 years of experience within the IT Hardware, Services, and Telecommunications industries. Steve has held various Sale Leadership roles in the technology sector, including Dell, Vodafone Global Enterprise, and Claranet.
Steve is recognised for his ability to develop highly effective teams that consistently deliver measurable results. With a solid track record in building and managing high-performing sales teams, he has successfully driven revenue growth and exceeded targets.
Michelle Caulfield-Harris, Marketing Director
As Director of Marketing, Michelle brings over 16 years of experience across digital, brand, and campaign strategy to lead a high-performing marketing team at Red Helix.
She works closely with sales, technical, and leadership stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial goals and drive measurable business growth. Her focus spans both strategic planning and hands-on execution, overseeing demand generation, brand development, events, content, and marketing operations. Michelle has played a key role in accelerating the growth of Red Helix’s managed cyber security services.
