Made in Cambridgeshire UK, our optical switches do not require cooling and they draw 100 times less power than electrical packet switches – letting you switch 100’s of fibres, each with 100 channels of 100G with just the power of a light bulb.

Adding to our portfolio of 8×8, 32×32, 48×48, 96×94, 144×144, 192×192, and 384×384 port count switches, our new Polatis 576×576 optical switch brings the high-speed connectivity and resilience of our existing switches to high-capacity environments.
With a port count of 576×576, it provides 80% more capacity than any other solution on the market, using just 8RU of rack space.
For extra resilience, our new Polatis 576×576 features a redundant architecture to underpin reliability and availability of the switch. This gives you the option to add field-addressable spare ports to further protect mission critical services.
