Cloud, Network, & IoT:
Demystifying next-era security risks
- When: 8th November, 10:00 – 16:30
- Venue: Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge
- Included: Lunch & optional driving experience
Most IP-enabled devices are not Windows or Linux based – leaving some companies blind to critical vulnerabilities and reliant on the device vendors to find and close them.
Moreover, cloud migration also brings new risks that must be overcome to unlock business value, but tackling these risks is often beyond thes reach of today’s practices – leaving the door open to known and unknown risk exploitation and poor migration outcomes.
Join us 8th November as we explore the lesser known risks of cloud migration and smart devices like door and light sensors, thermostats and wifi access points, and give practical examples for how to address them, including:
- De-risking the reliance on IoT vendors to find and stop device security vulnerabilities
- The types of security drift risks that emerge between pen tests, and how to address them
- Ensuring the performance of distributed, cloud-deployed apps and the SD-WAN security gateways protecting them.
Networking lunch with fellow IT and Security professionals is included, as is the option to join us for complimentary driving experiences in a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon off-road 4×4 and AMG V8 round the high speed track.
Our speakers include:
